In next week's class, we are going to study the Simple Past tense.
Simple Past has the same uses in English and in Spanish. We use Single Past for things that happened before the Present. (Subject + verb + complement)
Nota: (Los verbos en pasado no varian segun 1a, 2a o 3a persona, ni por singular o plural. Siempre son iguales)

this exercise, you can familiarize yourselves with some irregular verbs.

3. Had (to have) : my sister LOST her cellephone, she had IT FOR one year. (si quieres decir que lo obtuvo hace un año, dice "she got it a year ago")

5. Made (to make): i´m studyING COOKING so yesterday we made a chocolatE cake. (remember: I + AM + VERB_ING)(you aren´t studying the kitchen, but the act of cooking)
6. Told (to tell): Maria is married again, MY SISTER told me THAT last night / THAT IS WHAT MY SISTER TOLD ME LAST NIGHT
7. Took (to take) : Lori took the subway yesterday because her car´S in the mecHanic´S. ("car´s" abrevia "car is". "mechanic´s" indica propiedad - "donde el mecanico" o "en el taller del mecanico")
8. Saw (to see): i saw the same movie 3 times, IT´S just i love it.
9. Went (to go): Last week i went WITH my family to Margarita for my dad´s Birthday.
10. Wrote (to write): i finished my ENGLISH HOMEWORK two days ago, we HAD TO WRITE a funny history.
